Characterization of dynamic Fracture Properties from the Ekofisk injection data (well tests and injection history)

Advanced pressure transient and injection history analyses are carried out for the Ekofisk injection period. The analysis focuses on permeability of fractured chalk, hydraulic fracture properties (conductivity and length), fault impact (sealing barrier or conductive boundary) and their changes during injection at Ekofisk. Possible reasons for such dynamic changes are considered, the main attention is paid to pressure build-up as a driver for such changes.
